Our story
From payment engineering to cashless schools.
CPro Solutions Sdn Bhd was established in August 2017 through the merger of several corporations and business entities that owned payment system technologies. The founding team brought more than 25 years of experience in the payment industry, and platforms that had already served government agencies and large corporates since 2012.
We build our own payment technology — transaction processing, clearing and settlement, account management, reconciliation and key management — and use it to run products under our own brands: Orijin for schools, merchants and online payments, and SELARI® for enterprise cash management and treasury.
Building on decades of operating payment solutions, we expanded into merchant acquiring with Orijin. Today Orijin powers BSN’s cashless school programme in more than 260 schools, and our payment system processed more than RM15 billion in 2025.
What we believe. Payment and collection channels keep multiplying. We believe organisations need one consolidated platform to monitor, track and reconcile every movement of cash — and that the same is true for a school, a canteen and a parent.

Our payment gateway and cash management platform enter use with government agencies and large corporates.
- 2014
MARA adopts our cash management and treasury platform.
- 2017
CPro Solutions Sdn Bhd established in August through a merger of payment-technology businesses. Rural Capital (MARAeps) becomes a client.
- 2021
Full development of a white-label e-wallet and payment gateway for a national telco.
- 2024
SPWP becomes a client. In November, CPro Solutions is appointed BSN’s implementer for the cashless school programme.
- 2025
Orijin School deployment for the MOE-approved BSN programme begins in April. More than RM15 billion processed by our payment system in the year.
- 2026
KPM approval for Program Sekolah Tanpa Tunai 2026 (January). Public-sector collections go live (March). OrijinGuru launches (June). Orijin terminals in 260+ schools (September).

Our payment gateway is built and operated to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Services are designed to comply with ITSEC, ISO/BS/MS and PCI requirements.
Fraud & risk controls
Intelligent fraud prevention, integrated fraud monitoring and a formal risk management policy.
Licensed e-money partner
Orijin School wallet balances are e-money issued with a licensed e-money issuer, within Bank Negara Malaysia wallet limits.
eKYC for higher limits
Customer due diligence and electronic KYC are required before a wallet can be upgraded.
Master Merchant Programme
CPro Solutions participates in the Master Merchant Programme under BSN and CIMB.
